TraceQuoter provides preliminary fence estimates from your own drawing or measurements. Map imagery, address pins and county parcel outlines are reference information. They are not a survey, a legal boundary determination, or a final construction quote. Confirm the property, planned fence and measurements with the contractor before work begins.
Maps and address search use Google Maps Platform. By using these features you are bound by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google's collection and use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Address text you type, selected places and map requests are sent to Google to provide search and mapping. We do not request your device location. Selected addresses and the fence measurements you submit accompany your quote request. Demo submissions stay in this browser; real quote requests are stored for the selected contractor together with the contact details and consent you provide.
For eligible Los Angeles County addresses, the selected address is queried against county address data and an exact assessor identifier is used to request the parcel outline. We do not request owner information. County data is provided as available, may be incomplete or outdated, and is not endorsed by the County for a particular project. Parcel outlines are reference information until you choose specific sides or the entire perimeter for your fence plan. You can edit that plan before continuing. Your selected fence plan or entered measurement determines the estimate; check driveways, gates and any sections that do not need fencing.
